Extra precautions are taken to protect your property during service such as but not limited to: taping or bagging off electronic outlets.  Pre/Post vegetation rinsing, lower pressure, correct chemical and dilutions, neutralizing, etc...  VPW is not legally liable for any damages that can occur but is not likely that include water damage & intrusion, electrical short circuits, mechanical, vegetation, bleaching, animals, oxidation, discoloration, seals, gaskets, paint chipping, windows, vehicles, etc..  VPW pressure and soft washing services will correct the problem if reasonable.  VPW pressure and soft wash services guarantees removal of organic matter and staining except bird nests, wasps, mud daubers and does not guarantee the removal of inorganic staining, and/discoloration unless otherwise noted such as rust, efflorescence, paint.  *It is the clients responsibility to make sure all windows and doors are closed, place towels if necessary.  Vehicles moved away, all exterior electrical devices and lights off from inside switches, any personal items moved.  Please keep people and animals away from work area.  Payment is due at completion of the project unless otherwise noted.  By signing and/or reading this service agreement/waiver you are agreeing to the terms of service as well as acknowledging the preexisting conditions of your home or business prior to service.  Pictures/video may be created of the process but not the address.
