VPW Service Agreement
*VPW is honored to be able to provide exceptional and professional pressure and soft washing services. Extra precautions are taken to protect your property during service such as but not limited to: taping or bagging off electronic outlets. Pre/Post vegetation rinsing, lower pressure, correct chemical and dilutions, neutralizing, etc... VPW is not legally liable for any damages that can occur but is not likely that include water damage & intrusion, electrical short circuits, mechanical, vegetation, bleaching, animals, oxidation, discoloration, seals, gaskets, paint chipping, windows, vehicles, etc.. VPW pressure and soft washing services will correct the problem if reasonable. VPW pressure and soft wash services guarantees removal of organic matter and staining except bird nests, wasps, mud daubers and does not guarantee the removal of inorganic staining, and/discoloration unless otherwise noted such as rust, efflorescence, paint. *It is the clients responsibility to make sure all windows and doors are closed, place towels if necessary. Vehicles moved away, all exterior electrical devices and lights off from inside switches, any personal items moved. Please keep people and animals away from work area. Payment is due at completion of the project unless otherwise noted. By signing and/or reading this service agreement/waiver you are agreeing to the terms of service as well as acknowledging the preexisting conditions of your home or business prior to service. Pictures/video may be created of the process but not the address.
Client Responsibility
Client MUST have an exterior water spigot available or made a prior written arrangement with VPW to bring sufficient water to complete contracted work.
Client MUST remove all moveable valuables as VPW is not liable for damages. If VPW is responsible for moving any items there will be a minimum of $50 charged.
Client MUST ensure clear access around the entire area to be serviced. This included moving furniture, grills, ornaments, potted plants etc that would interfere with vendor access.
Client understands that overspray, or ricocheting spray, may contact items in the immediate vicinity of the property being serviced.
Client MUST remove anything that they would not want impacted by overspray or ricocheting spray. This includes, but is not limited to, cushions/pillows, potted plants, doormats, etc... Clients should also cover any sensitive plants (particularly flowering plants) using trash bags (or similar) in vicinity of the area to be serviced.
Client is completely responsible for any pre-existing defect with the property. This includes faulty or incorrect installation of all exterior fixtures to include underlying problems with improperly installed soffits.
Client understands that any blemish, flaw or any existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning.
Client understands that company may not find every flaw and is not liable if it is more noticeable after wash unless caused by company's negligence.
